Born in Iowa and raised in Colorado Springs, Colin Humlicek brings a unique blend of determination and enthusiasm to his role as Junior Director at Empire Elite Marketing. His journey reflects a deep commitment to personal and professional growth. After a year studying mechanical engineering at Colorado State University, Colin transitioned to entrepreneurship, running his window-washing business before joining the team in late October 2024.
Colin’s favorite aspects of Empire Elite Marketing are the team environment, travel opportunities, and unlimited potential for growth—factors that drive his passion for the company’s mission. Inspired by watching people transform their lives through their work, Colin finds immense fulfillment in fostering growth and success within the team.
Outside of work, Colin enjoys staying active through sports, particularly rugby and football, which reflect his competitive and team-oriented spirit. Guided by the mantra “Carpe Diem: Seize the Day,” he strives to make the most of every opportunity while supporting his family and working toward complete personal freedom.
Yonathan Wassen hails from Aurora, Colorado, and attended Colorado State University, where he majored in Music Performance. His passion for growth and development has led him to an impactful role as a Junior Director at Empire Elite Marketing.
Yonathan joined the company at the end of September and quickly fell in love with the opportunities for growth and the supportive environment. He appreciates how each day presents a chance to improve and eagerly anticipates the person he will become as he continues his journey. Despite having no prior sales experience, he has discovered a deep passion for the field, inspired by the ability to shape his own future and build the life he has always envisioned.
Outside of work, Yonathan enjoys ice skating, playing music, spending time with friends, and exploring the outdoors. These activities keep him balanced and energized, allowing him to bring his best self to work every day.
His favorite quote, by Abraham Maslow, perfectly reflects his mindset: “One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth.
